I'm srs thinking about S/Hing myself again... It's getting worse every day... My hand has to be held down by my leg on my bed to stop me...my mental health is absolutely shit rn... the only thing that is barley holding me back is the thought of my girlfriend seeing my scars.... where should I do...?
