Sucksssss, same here. I am also pan and non-binary.
If you are worried about your saftey, I'd wait till I moved out. If not, you might just have to rip the bandaid off to them. Wait until you feel it is ready
If you still go school and they have some kind of wellbeing staff there, you can talk to them about it. Then, (with consent of course) they can tell your parents. They have to be qualified so your parents can't really argue.
