How do I tell my friends I may be trans?

Well I’m not trans (genderfluid) but normally it’s easiest to slip in some ‘clues’ before actually telling them to warm them up to the idea

I'm a bit late, but I'm transmasc and I've been there. I came out when being called by my deadname and she/her pronouns was almost unbearable, to the point of avoiding social situations and meeting my friends because I couldn't stand being called that. The clues thing is cool, although in my experience cis het people are oblivious to them. The first person I told was a cis bisexual friend of mine. This helped me a lot.
