So I take a karate class and this kid keeps touching me. No big deal, right? Its a karate class, they're supposed to touch you. But this kid is touching me at times when he doesnt need to. Waiting for my turn to do a technique, tackling me for no reason. No matter how many times I've pushed him away, he keeps doing it. And then theres also this like 6 year old girl. She asked me if I wear a bra because the straps were kinda close to my neck so she saw them. And when I said "Yeah" she looked at me like I was insane. I dont know what the problem is with that. Sorry for the rant.

I would tell whatever teacher or authority (Ive never done Karate) about him. Even if it seems harmless, touching people in any way without consent is wrong and should not be permitted

Absolutely this ^ none of what you wrote seems okay and you should absolutely tell whatever authority is there
