After she found out I have discord,there was a big fight between us(name calling,etc) and then I just snapped. She proceeded to ||beat me up|| and ||tried to strangle me||

Then she said ||i would've died there|| today,and I'm not her son,she can't look at me ||and left a scratch on my neck when trying to strangle me||

I didn't mean to ||slap her|| i hate my mind

That’s not threatening, that’s abusive. Are you okay now? I would also second @boreal scaffold ‘s suggestion, call someone who can help
