Its okay to feel this way. Your feelings are valid but you shouldn’t let this get the better of you. Theres people who care about you. Im not gonna act like i fully understand or know what you’re going through but try making small tasks, it can start with little things. Try to create a routine. Even if its small. You can also try writing down how you feel. Theres a lot of others ways get through this. You’re very strong for opening up about this.
