I need it to be free, not 18+, not call only and not something that needs parent permission but i cant find anything, ive tried kooth but that one never responds

everything is depending mostly of where you are from, for exemple in belgium we have free phone lines or under 18 you have a certain amount of free consultation with a psy, so depending of where you are from there are different option...

srry i don't know about uk, maybe you could try finding "planning famillial" center as we have in belgium, it's center that offer medical and mental help to young people
