Please remember one thing, while you may not have anything you consider horrible going on, there are tons of small things that can break someone. A couple examples are unwanted alone time(when you want to talk to people but you don't have anyone to talk to). Family problems(even something as small as a disagreement with family or your family not seeming to care about you). There are tons of small things that can build up to something worse. Please remember that there will always be somebody who "has it worse" and if you keep comparing your problems to theirs, it'll only make your mental health worse. Everyone has problems big or small and every single problem is still a problem worth being upset over
