Hello! So I went to the shrink, I was diagnosed (orally) by the shrink with anedorism, it's a phase or an illness (I can't define or accept it yet) that takes away all emotions except boredom and tiredness, know that I am hypersensitive besides that, it is very rare that I am not bored, even talking to my boyfriend bores me, I would need some help to help me accepting it during my teenage life, if you have advices please 🙏

psychology and neurology are very large and complicated fields
the closest things to what you described that I could find are apathy, alexithymia, blunting, flat affect and anhedonia
are you very stressed?
do you have depression, ptsd, any psychotic disorder, anything like that?
do you take any medication?
there are many things like it that can be treated directly, or can be caused by something else you may have, which can itself be treated, and those should be considered and ruled out before giving a diagnosis.
did they do that, did you get a second opinion, how well do all of those people know you, how much have you told them about what is going on in your life?
it can take months of discussion to get an accurate diagnosis and good treatment plan.
it can also take months to come to terms with, or get used to, that diagnosis and plan.

it´s good to have a psychologist where you can make appointments for once every few weeks, but it helps to see a therapist (you can talk to them more frequently, learn to be more open, etc.)
try to figure out where the stress is coming from, do some research on the medicine, etc.
write it down somewhere so you can continue where you left of even if you forget what you were doing before.
it´s quite likely that you don´t have apathy/alexithymia/blunting as a syndrome or personality trait, but rather as a sympton of PTSD and/or stress.
those things can and should be treated.
