So a couple minutes ago my dad called me to give him a quick hug and he started holding onto me (NOT SA) I ask him to let me go then I start tugging away and he won't let go so I start screaming and when I finally leave his grasp I yell and scream at him for not letting me go and he threatens to take my phone away and I say sure after he apologizes for holding me and ofc he blames me there's no "I'm sorry" there's only "it's becuz u can't control your emotions" and "cuz you didn't tell me to let go" he then lectured me and gaslighted me then yelled at me to do the dishes ik currently laying on the kitchen floor balling my eyes out..
