I’d suggest first bringing up trans issues saying you seen it on the news to get an idea if it’s safe by judging their comments or reactions and when you’re ready make sure they’re both free and tell them both without any distractions. If you feel it’s unsafe then it’s best not to come out to them yet, you could also tell the one you feel is accepting when the other isn’t (make sure you trust them)
