Ruin:
"Do you like more genders than those two or just those two?"
Ruin:
"Oh... nvm"
Ruin:
"She is a She/Him/They which means your pansexual"
Me:
"Nobody calls her they/it"
Ruin:
"It's still her pronouns
So, you're pansexual."
Can someone help
I once saw an explanation that was basically just:
straight is when you´re attracted to the opposite gender
gay is when you´re attracted to the same gender
bi is when you´re attracted to both
pan is when gender and gender identity don´t matter to you in a partner (e.g. you´re fine with nonbinary, agender, etc. partners)
I'm just confused and don't know
Pronouns do not equal gender
Pronouns have basically nothing to do with sexual orientation
I would tell your friends that pansexuality means that gender does not play a significant factor in attraction, and that it is similar to the concept of bisexuality.
Perhaps I am misunderstanding your situation
