recently, since I turned 13 in June, I have been really stressed and I have been having panic attacks about school, and what not. I went to a doctor and turns out I have extreme anxiety, it asked me abt sh and what not and i put all of those types of questions as yes. I'm rlly thinking abt doing sh bc i dont know what else to do. I have been having a really bad sleep schedule along with that. I was just hoping if someone could talk if they want

I can talk 2 u if u want (as someone trying to improve on the same things as well) also instead of doing sh try doing some hobbies that u like, watch TV, listen to music, draw, take a walk, and other things that r perfect distractions as 4 your panic attacks try chucking your work in good enough portions instead of procrastinating also as 4 ur sleep schedule set a time an hour before u go to bed so it could be a reminder to get sleep and how much time so u can get an adequate amount hope this helps also let me know if u need help with anything else
