For context I liked someone a while ago who was dating someone, but he would flirt with me and stuff. But recently I like someone again and he’s also dating someone but he’s also flirting with me, i just don’t know what to do because i don’t want to repeat this again but at the same time i like spending time with him

Honestly you should stay away. Ik you like spending time with him but he was a partner and is currently flirting with you. I think this probably just means he's likely to cheat or something. So best to just stay away and save the trouble.
