Cramping so bad. I feel like im gonna puke and I feel so hot... im shakey and pale. My period has never been so painful.

Do you have any medicine? If not try to go pick up some Midol. Eat some dark chocolate, put a heating pad on, and bed rot for a few hours

Im not allowed to have any kind of med bc last time I tried to od. And stuff is too expensive. I've just been laying in bed
