Hello, I recently quit self harm, but im still kinda feeling urges. One thing that helped me was listening to my favorite music, and practicing drawing, another thing was taking frequent walks, or helping people with chores, to help me feel better about myself. That last one was a little self centered, you might be going through something similar, or it could be completely different, just know that whatever your going through, you will be okay, no matter what, I believe in you, my dms are always open if you would like to vent or chat, id be happy to talk to you!
