That is definitely a struggle, I was there once.
I do have a few things you can try
Any time you're thinking about getting onto it, try to distract yourself. Maybe go watch your favorite youtuber instead
Take a bit off of any device and just sit with you and your mind for a bit. 5 to 10 minutes always works great for me. Just let yourself catch onto something else, whether it be an activity, instrument, drawing, music, anything to keep you content. You might even forget you were on a device, which is good!
You can stand strong, and we'll always believe in you. Stick to it my friend, you've got this!
