Ok so I'm pansexual and still figuring out my gender since being a girl is kinda eh to me but I wanna come out to my mom as pansexual first before I do anything and I need some ideas on how to since I can't talk face-to-face when it comes to things like this😅

Try writing a letter and give it to her :D if talking specifically is the issue, if you need wording help, try writing down what you would say, once or multiple times and combine the best parts of those
