I want to come out to all my friends at some point but I'm not sure when and as you can clearly tell from what I said some of the are queerphobic and I'm not sure what to do luckily I have a large group of friends who I know would support me if they found out its just I'm not sure what to do since he's a really good friend of mine that I don't want to leave.

You have to weigh the positives and negatives here. Is keeping a significant part of your identity secret worth it just to keep a friendship alive?
Keeping your sexuality or gender identity hidden can be very mentally taxing in the long run, especially if you also surround yourself with queerphobic people
That person is the only one who I know is queerphobic the one other I dont think and another is not however almost nobody knows about my gender or sexuality and considering where I am in life I think it might be better to stay that way
