Nobody in my life will be accepting. This is just a natural part of living where I do. I'm getting out of here in a few years if I'm lucky though. I currently plan to cut everyone out of my life when I do so. Should I come out when I do that, or just disappear with no explanation?

I am definitely waiting until I leave. I'm mostly worried about if they find me. My dad recently told me that violence against trans people was morally correct, so I don't want him to know I am because I think he might be more interested in finding me if I come out at all

Yeah, that makes sense. I don't know many people outside my family irl. I had a bit of a falling out with all my friends a few years back. Worst part is that I know they would have been safe.
