#Help - Help with coming out to parents

I have a few options to write down: 1- Give her a letter in her hand and wait for her response 2- Create a letter to leave somewhere and come back after she reads it 3- Tell her to her face, "Mom, I'm a lesbian." If you have any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

I feel like the best way is to tell her face to face or maybe through text or call.
