so basically i have really bad anxiety and whenever i get a panic attack i sh to cope. recently i also started seeing a therapist and i told her abt it but i downplayed it a lot (said i was just scratching/not breaking skin or bleeding) bc she said that if i was drawing blood/cutting my wrists she would have to tell my parents and i dont want that bc they know i have anxiety but they think its mild and i dont wanna freak them out or anything (or worst case scenario- be told im 'faking it' or there are ppl struggling more) but i really want to tell someone irl abt it soo idk what to do
sorry if that doesn't make sense or anything but i just needed to rant/vent yknow?
