Like it genuinely sucks so much the damage to yur organs and overall health is horrible
Really really not a good way of doing it
I’d just start moving a little more each day for now
I know it’s been a long time, but I actually have a lot of advice for you if you want to do it in a healthy way? It worked for me and I lost 30 pounds in 3 months.
Im kinda late but idk. I used to do this, still do it now. Its not a great way of losing weight it almost never works and js makes u weak.
