i feel like i'm useless i cant do anything right why am i even here i've been trying to help but it seems like all i am is trouble im gonna try to commit someday i know it ive been cutting myself more lately im scared that im gonna breakdown my therapist is out of town so i cant talk to her in real life help me

I'm very sorry that you're experiencing this. I want you to know that you are not alone and that you are not a burden or a useless person. I am here with you right now. Even though your mind is telling you otherwise, the fact is that you are demonstrating amazing strength by reaching out despite your pain.

@noble aspenWhy do you feel useless? I've seen some of the responses you've given in recent posts. They were really good too. And you're here because we as a community love you. And you love yourself more than what anybody else says. Feel free to DM and lets have a talk. I know I won't be able to fill the empty void that your Therapist has filled. But at least you have people in this community who'd be happy to listen to you vent and rant. We are happy to help! <3
