Im having anxiety because my girlfriend hasn't responded to my DMs for the past hour. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but the last thing she said is that she isn't feeling depressed today YET. I'm scared she's hurting herself or worse. I don't know what to do and I'm probably overreacting.

Usually around ten minutes or so. I've been leaving time between DMs in case Discord just isnt sending her notifications because I know that happens to me sometimes, but its been over an hour now.

10:53 pm. Same as me. But she usually stays up late. I know its a possibility that she's fallen asleep, but my anxiety refuses to have that be the logical explanation.
