Just tried to end my life twice. First time I went to a bridge and wanted to jump onto upcoming traffic below.. but I couldn't do it. Afterwards at home I used a kable, tied it around my neck and tried to strangle myself.. but I'm probably not strong enough, cause that also didn't work.. I can't do this anymore

It can get better, you just have to live more to get better, permanent solution to a temporary problem
