anyone out there who binds with tape and has a larger chest & a smaller frame (or just a large chest) please give me tips or just tell me straight up if it’ll actually help.

If you have a smaller bra it'll work, it's best if it's a sports bra (from my experience) and it's safer and I can only imagine less painful

the only bra that works for me hurts (it’s two sizes too small), so i wanted to see if trans tape helped (cause that’s pain free).
and either it won’t work or im doing it wrong
