#How do i come out in a 90% homophobic community?

So i want to come out to my school mates because i die inside each time someone makes a gay joke at me…😅
I want to keep my friends, and not make a big deal, but it is important to me that a figure this out.

Any advice is appreciated!

make sure you’re completely safe before coming out. and i understand how important it is to you, but your safety is the number one priority.
also if there’s anyone openly out, be their friend and let them be your guide to if you should come out
