I have this old friend who has attempted to murder me numerous times
Ex:
1: throwing sharp objects at me
2: choking me out
3: running at me with sharp objects
4: told me to ||kill myself and that I was just insignificant||

If it's constant, and persistent then it can be a real threat to your physical and mental wellbeing

✅ Pepper spray: apply to eyes.

✅ Book: Improvised weapon that's justifiable as not premeditated.

❌ Bat: without glove, Courts will rule you had ill intent from the start, even if it's used for self defense.

well yes, but justice systems are stupid, and if you have a bat in the trunk of your car, planning to use it in self defense is seen as ill intent.
