I've had like severe (probs) gender dysphoria where I can't bring myself to look in the mirror, look at my chest or listen to myself speak because I feel too feminine. I physically hate hearing my deadname and wish I could just crawl away from my skin when hearing it. So anyways, recommendations?

Have you tried using sports bras, a binder or trans tape (assuming they're safe for you to do)? Are there any nicknames you could go by that would feel less horrible?

Okay so basically my foster family is homophobic which means I HAVE to pretend I'm a girl

And they're poor so I can't afford a binder

Do you think you can safely dress a little masc? Where I'm from, that's generally still accepted for people presumed to be feminine

I've personally been a big fan of large hoddies for hiding my chest, maybe that could work for you as well? You can get them pretty cheaply at second hand stores
