My mom said that she's going to "make my life miserable" if I dont change my name back from Charlie, which is my new name, and she's been telling me that I look ugly and horrible in wemons clothing, its genuinely fucking with my head, and I dont even know what to think anymore

Even if you don't value her opinion, that sort of behavior is going to have a strong affect on you. It's important to remind yourself that you are who you are, and you are not what others make you out to be. She does not get to dictate who you are.
And it's kinda funny that she's upset about possibly the most gender-neutral name you could have picked. The biggest, burliest bear of a man, walking biker stereotype I knew growing up was named Charlie. I'd wager her problem isn't what your choices are, it's that you're making them at all. She feels a loss of control over you, and is trying to reestablish that control.
Do with that what you will, just remember that your safety comes first, and to be true to yourself!
