How do I come out to my parents

I want to tell my parents I’m bi but I get really nervous a lot of times and it’s been stressing me out. please give me some ideas .

I will first off start by saying to take your time! No need to rush and it will help my second point. Do they support LGBTQ things or no? (It is okay if you do not know)

That is fair, I would try and bring up the topic more get a feel for the water, just casually and more directed as a "saw this thing, what you think about it?" which is a LOT harder than it sounds however how are your parents in general?
