Do I.. vent too much?

I vent here a lot. Honestly like multiple times a week. It's the only place I vent. The only place I feel comfortable/safe venting. I think I vent too much and should kinda stop I don't want to burn anyone out or anything. So yeah I'm sorry I vent so much

If it’s the only place comfortable to vent keep venting I feel the same and ask myself this a lot but if you feel comfortable do it
