I'm not aroace or aromantic, but I am asexual and formerly aroace so I hope I can help a bit here! my recommendation is to just give it a bit more time. it can be hard to decide on a label within the first week or even first month of suspecting you're something or other. plus, romanticism and sexuality can change over time, which complicates the matter. (I thought I was aroace for a solid year, and now I'm panromantic.) so, what I'd say is, see if after a bit of thinking and a bit of time, you still feel the same way about dating and crushes, and then it might be the right time to decide on a specific label. Aromatic is little to no romantic attraction, and aroace is little to no romantic or sexual attraction, so basically, if you you feel sexualy attracted you're probably just aromatic, but if not, then you're probably aroace
