so my phone broke and my parents said i could use my moms old phone but the thing is i need to factory reset it or atleast erase it so i've been nagging my mom about it but she forgot the screentime password which u need to reset/erase. So I got kinda mad because earlier she yelled at me for sitting on the tv all day and told me to go hang out with my friends... i literally cannot conact them. i brought that up while aruging with her and she just got more mad and told me to basically f off but in a more pg way
and then my (older) siser was like when my phone broke i went a couple days without it! like bro actually STFU and then my mom and her went on a rant about how screen addicted i am and how i cant live one day without my phone
mine phone broke because of internal hardware issues. my sisters old phone was literally so fucking broken you could see the motherboard LIKE YOUR DAMAGE AND MY DAMAGE ARE IN COMPARABLE
im js so pissed off because i cant' talk to my friends, listen to music, go outside, or literally ANY of my coping mechanisms
i havent been able to self regulate all day and all i did today was eat a buncha junk food and binge watch 3 seasons of the good place
and what really sucks is it always comes down to it being my fault and i always get blamed for everything by my family
oh lost the mail keys? ITS NIKOS FAULT.... then we found it in my moms npurse later
and then my mom as like u do everything for personal gain like u dont even do chores without being paid

this is probably a bad idea, but i want to bring it up, apparently someone got grounded for "never doing work", the same "never doing work" as you, and so they didnt do chores because they couldnt leave their room and basically just proved that they do, in fact, do most of the work, so playing smart could be an option idk :/ that one's just kinda a brain dump but it could work if you get grounded or smth for "never doing work" idk
