I come from a very conservative, Christian family and community, and I have no idea how to come out to my parents, my sibling, my friends, or my partner. Any help is appreciated

if they likely won't accept you, it's best not to come out just yet until you live independently.
if you already live independently, then maybe set up a family meeting where you can say it
if you don't want to be too direct, you could say it in text or in a call

My sibling might accept me, their partner is genderfluid, but I don't know how to bring it up

something like "can we talk" or "i have something to tell you"
let them know you're being serious
also if your parents accept your sibling's partner they'll definitely accept you
so i think you'll be ok

My parents use she/her pronouns for my sibling's partner even though their preferred pronouns are they/them.
