Backstory:
13 yr old, lives in a very homophobic area, NO LGBTQ+ friends to go to.
I've told one of my really close friends, but I just don;t know how to come out to my parents.
My older brother has made it very clear that he is very homophobic, and has said some things I wish nobody would ever say.
Any tips?

I would advise you that firstly you can atleast try to make your parents and brother just a little bit supportive to the community. If they still persist to be homophobic then I think you should delay coming out otherwise they could take drastic steps

If you want to come out to your parents what I would do first is talk about a show or something that has lgbtq characters in it and mention that a certain character is a part of the lgbtq community and see how your parents react, second if you do come out and they dont accept you, make sure you have a place to stay with someone who does accept you just incase your parents kick you out or something like that
