Im sorry if this doesn’t make sense idk sorry i think ive had panic attacks before but ive never shut down like this now i feel very anxious and nervous

hey, if youre having panic attacks, try to breathe, and think about something else, like maybe watch your favorite show or read a book or something. Just take your mind off it. I dont know much about panic attacks so thats all the advice i can give. Sorry if this isnt helpful

Yea that uh cinda worked i tried thinking abt a game where someone also had a panic attack and they breathed in and out so that cinda got me out of it
I found this off an app called Finch.
Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds.
Hold for two seconds.
Exhale out your mouth for 6 seconds.
Try for one minute, if it doesn't work, try again for a minute. Also, stop of you feel tired or something like that
