Genderfluid means like your gender changes over time so like from female one day, maybe agender the next, and male the next.

Genderflux is how intense your gender feels changes,
like you might feel super like a girl one day, then only kinnda like a girl, or nothing like one.

Genderflux just discribes taht you sometimes feel more (as an example when you identify as female) feminine and sometimes just less feminine without changing your gender at all

Meanwhile with genderfluid your gender changes like a soft fluid over the days.
My friend is as an example for some weeks identified as female and the next weeks she identifys as male
