Suspect that an Online trans friend is no more :/

a few months ago i met a closeted trans girl on a discord server, i later found out that she belongs to the same country as I do ( 🇮🇳), which is very conservative and not a good place to come out as trans. she was also preparing for college entrance exams (again, very tough and torturous in this country, tons of student ||suicides|| pop up annually). in addition to having gender dysphoria in a backwards country she was also suffering from a ton of other mental issues, a close irl friend of hers had recently ||taken their own life too||. Life wasnt going super good for her last I talked to her and now she hasnt dm'ed or responded or been active. Application/Exam season is over and i've yet to hear from her since. I hope she's just ghosting or off discord, from the bottom of my heart. But I just keep thinking about how horrible conditions were and how such an angel might not be with us anymore :// idk what advice im looking for just needed to get it off my chest idk

If you’re okay with me giving advice, I’d say to find a way to contact her possibly in person, or through one of her irl friends. Even if she is gone, it may give you a little peace of mind, but mostly just don’t give up hope, if you do, it might be worse for you and her. Keep reaching out to her
