I don't think my dad minds but he doesn't know, only my mom does (along with a few trusted friends) and she's a little skeptical about me being bi. Nor my sister knows and she's very supportive of anything so should I tell her?

Yes, and if she is nearly supportive of anything, that is a possibility that she will support you. if you had the courage to tell your mom, tell you should also tell your sister!
