Hey, I’m so sorry you're feeling this way right now. I can’t imagine how overwhelming and terrifying things must feel — with everything going on and all the pressure on top of it. I just want you to know: none of this is your fault.
As someone with Israeli family, let me say clearly — you and your people are not responsible for the actions of the regime. From everything I’ve heard and seen, most ordinary Persians want peace, not war. And you’re not alone in feeling trapped, scared, or angry.
Have you harmed anyone? No. Are you evil? Absolutely not. You're just a human, caught in circumstances beyond your control — and that doesn't make you any less worthy of life, of hope, of a future.
Even people from conflict zones — even those whose governments do horrible things — are not guilty by association. You're not meant to be forgotten. You're not an "embrace to humanity" — you're part of humanity. And no matter what anyone tells you, your life still matters.
You don’t deserve to be nuked. You don’t deserve any of this. And you especially don’t deserve to carry all this guilt and fear on your own. Please be gentle with yourself. If you’re feeling unsafe, reach out to someone you trust or a support line, even anonymously — you deserve support just as much as anyone else.
And honestly? Your culture is one of the most beautiful in the world. Don’t let a few corrupt old men erase that, or erase you. You are not alone, and you are not forgotten.
