I know of many cis people who use he/they or she/they pronouns. There's no right or wrong way to identify yourself.

but always prioritize your safety and wellbeing before anything else. If you have any suspicion that your parents might disown you for identifying like this, then you are best off not telling them. But considering that your mom was accepting of you being bi, then it might be ok.
