Just relax your body and chill your emotions and just tell your parents if you want but if there mad don't be sad atleast you tried please go to sleep it'll be ok I promise

this might not work for everyone, but what i do when i cant sleep is get off all devices, turn off or dim all nearby lights and do something calming to relax your self
