Hey, thank you for saying all of this. I know it can be really hard to admit when you feel angry all the time or like you're hurting people, even when you don’t want to. That doesn’t make you a bad person, it makes you someone who’s in pain, and your brain is trying to find ways to let it out.
Not wanting to eat can be a big sign of that, too. When our emotions get too loud, even basic stuff like hunger or sleep can just... stop working right. You deserve to feel better than this, and I promise it is possible, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.
I’m here to talk if you need someone. You’re not alone, and you’re not too far gone. The fact that you care about how you’re treating others already shows there’s something good in you, something worth holding on to. 💛
