Hey, first off, I’m really, really sorry you’ve been put through so much. None of this is your fault. You deserve safety, love, and support, and I’m so sorry the people who were supposed to protect you didn’t. What happened to you is not okay, and your mom’s reaction was not okay. You were incredibly brave to speak up about it, and it’s awful that she tried to silence and threaten you. That is abuse.
I know it might feel hopeless, but your voice matters. You matter. I don’t know everything you’re going through, but I believe you, and I’m here if you ever need someone to talk to. I can also try to help find info or support options if you want.
You are not broken. You are not alone. And you deserve better than this. 💛

Thank you for trusting me with all of this. I'm really glad you're speaking up, seriously, that's not weak at all. That takes a ton of strength. And even if you feel weak right now, I promise you're doing something really brave by trying to get advice and figure things out. That’s what strong people do, even when they don’t feel strong.

Now about some actual advice:
Education: You deserve an education. It’s your right, no matter where you live. If your family won’t allow you to go to school, one option is to start learning online when it’s safe to do so. I know it’s not the same, but even free resources like:
-Khan Academy (for math, science, reading—super helpful!)
-Coursera or edX (some free intro courses)
-Even YouTube channels like CrashCourse or Math Antics
You can learn quietly, at your own pace. You don’t need to be a “nerd” to want to learn, it’s about building your future, for you.

Mental Health & Survival Tips:
-If you're in a place where you can't escape your family right now, emotionally detaching can help. This means reminding yourself: "Their words don’t define me. I’m not the things they say."
-Keep a private notebook or doc (if safe) where you write out what’s happening and how you feel. Not just to vent, but to keep track in case you ever need it for proof or decisions down the road.
-Create a little list of small wins. Stuff like “I read one new word today” or “I ignored my mom’s threats for 10 seconds.” It’s weirdly powerful.

Important Safety Note: If your phone ever gets taken or checked, clear your history or keep conversations like these hidden. You don’t need to be punished for trying to survive.

And finally: you're not alone. You’re not stupid or weak. You’re someone with a future. You’re someone I believe in.
If you want, I can help find more resources too, or even help you build a learning plan around what you want to know. 💛 You deserve a chance to grow—even if it has to start in secret.
