Since your parents are part of or support the lgbtqia+ community you should be fine and should have no reason to feel embarrassed about admitting this kind of stuff to them. Of course it’s still a serious subject and being embarrassed about it like this is normal and everybody feels it. If you need more help reply to this or DM me.
