for ur own good u should wait till ur able to move out or till ur no longer financially dependant on them, u gotta always consider things like, can ur parents hurt u for telling them what u are? or what if they kick u out?
i kinda share a similar situation so my advice would be to introduce him to ur parents as a friend/best friend

yes i agree too. u dont own anyone the truth so only come out when ur independent in many ways. I also have a gf of 3 years whom I introduced to my mom as my bsf. I think it might be a bit chaotic if u bring ur bf home and come out at the same time. U need to think from your bf perspective and not only ur coming out to ur parents, he is also coming out to your parents too and I think a presense of ur bf in the scene might make things worse. Both he and your parents might be overwhelmed if things doesnt go well.
