I usually watch anime or read novels when my gender dysphoria hits in front of strangers, then winding it to a terryifing sense.
This way I trick the strange, and my pain turns into a burst of laughing because I’ve managed to pass for a cisman.

I’ve been having gender dysphoria since I was an infant.
I appear anxious at random times, but actually I feel mostly gender euphoria because the woman inside me is nice, mentally I’m as carefree as a butterfly.

Dysphoria always my favorite topic in mankind
I wanna get rid of the neurological symptoms that comes from the chemical imbalance.

Gender dysphoria is the third best thing that has ever happened to me, NGL.
For other transppl, self-distriction is easy, but it will burn you out, so don’t do it.
Just eat healthily and workout then transition if you could, as this is how gender dysphoria is treated.
