It is alr to be chill b’cus that has helped me get better:
I usually watch anime or read novels when my gender dysphoria hits in front of strangers, then winding it to a terryifing sense.
This way I trick the strange, and my pain turns into a burst of laughing because I’ve managed to pass for a cisman.

But in conclusion to be honest, dysphoria is literally like you self claiming down syndrome. Instead of fixing your dysphoria, if i were you. Id rather spend my time on things meaningful

I’ve been having gender dysphoria since I was an infant.
I appear anxious at random times, but actually I feel mostly gender euphoria because the woman inside me is nice, mentally I’m as carefree as a butterfly.

For other transppl, self-distriction is easy, but it will burn you out, so don’t do it.
Just eat healthily and workout then transition if you could, as this is how gender dysphoria is treated.
