Do you have any reasons at all to stay? If so can you list them? Do you have letters to write for when you're gone? If so those are reasons to stay. I've definitely felt how you feel before (I feel that way pretty regularly) but I just try to think of reasons to stay. And if you have none make some. You could want to learn something new or travel or cross something off a bucket list. Just please don't do anything to harm yourself. Reaching out and getting professional help would probably be the safest option.
